Best water temp for cleaning paint

I wash my car with Zymol auto wash, which is brilliant but the bottle says to use cool water with it.

Is this the best water temp to shampoo the car? I thought that warm water is better so I just use very warm water, regardless of what zymol say about using cool water.

Does everyone else wash with warm water? (note that I mean the actual shampoo stage and not rinsing off)

Always warm water at this time of year!

Use cold water in the summer though.
