Best way to go about upgrade?

Right i'm in the last month of my Voda Iphone 3GS contract.

I want a IP4 just to sell on. I'm currently on the £40 a month deal.

Voda refuse blankly to give me the 16gig free or know any money off the 32 gig.

Should i just go into phones4u and try my luck there?
