best way to install road angel power cord?

how is the best way to install the road angel power cord so it is hidden?

is it easy to pull the dash out a little to get up behide the front window vent?

Dunno on the 182, but thats what I did.
Installed another cig lighter at the back of my dash (running off the main one) and then plugged the cable into that and ran it up behind the dash so it just pokes out at the top.

Super neat!

thanks, how hard was it to run up and poke it out of the top of the dash?

Taking the top of the dash off is the prefered 172,182 route and hard wiring it to the back of the cig lighter.

I ended up running mine from the cig lighter, under the dashboard on the passenger side, ran behind the door rubber to the dash board top, then pushed it between the window and the dash and its hidden away quite nicely like that.

pull up the surround around the gear lever..run the cable round the back of the dash and down the passenger side....under the glove box and down the where the cig lighter is...and just use 2 snap locks on the red/black cables going to the cig lighter.....

so really either cut the end of the power cord off or just make up another cable like i did....no wires showing atall.
