Big problem with water in the doors!

Hi,

My fron speakers have been playing up so I thought I would take them out and make sure there were no lose connections.

On removing the speakers I could see the inside of the door was soaking on both sides, I dont live in any flooded areas and havent been through a river! But the internal compartments of the doors are soaked!

My first question is, is this a common thing? my second is how can I fix it.
