Billet flywheel

Whilst I'm putting a new engine in my car and it's appart I've been thinking about putting a billet lightened flywheel on but what are they like to live with do they affect the Tickover much and is the does it make the car more prone to stall what are they like to drive and live with thanks

Mine is back at standard idle and it's fine, sounds rubbish when sat at lights though as you can hear the engine struggle, never stalled it though.

Got one in my 182. It's the best mod I have done. Doesn't effect tick over and I have 438 cams as well.

same experience here. Any negatives are blow out of proportion, it's a great mod.

I assume both of you have had the idle adjusted during mapping so it doesn't sit struggling like mine does.

Take the vacuum pipe off at the throttle body. That'll up the idle speed enough for it not to be an issue.
