Bilstein B14 or H&R for fast road use?

Mehhh! AST's were silly hard, but never driven them so can't comment. Still loved the KW's and at the time i choose H&R's i didn't have the money to sperm out...I found it and by god i was glad!

I V much doubt there would be much to choose between H&R, KW and AST.

Depends who sets it up, needs to be a race professional, not a performance garage imo.

What's the obsession with choosing H&R over bilstein? :S Bilsteins are a bit firmer but it's not exactly crashy lol. I'd pick em over H&R's anyway (hence why I've got them) and for £150 less there's no question!

AST's if you've got the money. Bilsteins if you don't want to spend that much.

Never tried KW's so can't comment!

My set-ups quite different to when you rode in it fella, the ride's now better than a 182 on sportlines.

Curtis does lots of race work, time-attack, etc. Been taken abroad for races by AST, they are much bigger in the states than over here. Plus he's done the suspension on all the litchfield car (IIRC)

standard set up is awesome, well sorry standard dampers with eibach springs, i just want it to sit a tiny bit lower! because its stripped it sits very nose down! but im not paying £900+ just for it to sit a tiny bit lower lol so want the best suspension i can have for under £1k really!

AST is an interesting option, is there any modification needed to fit the rears or is it straight bolt on?

as for setup it will be john @ progrip as usual for full geometry setup inc camber, hes been doing motorsport setups for years so im happy with that!

Yes rears bolt straight on with no mods. Have all the bushes etc built into the shocks to allow the coilover to work correctly :)
