Birmingham - Bonnet won't open 182

Cannot get bonnet open on 182, based in Birmingham, Any ideas?

Can someone take some measurements so I can drill a hole to undo latch?

Get someone to press the bonnet while you pull the release.

You can get at it with a screwdriver but you have a faff about getting the bumper off without the grill.

Tried the bonnet pushing and didn't work, Any other idea's?

Bumper off then I'm afraid there's a small hole in the slam panel you can get a screwdriver through.
