BITMAP image help please.

I have a bitmap image that i want to use for a website.

It is a corporate logo. Only issue is i need it better quality as it is bit jagged on the side of the letters.

Are there any programs i can do this with?

Any advice from designers etc would be great.

re draw it
thats really the only way or find a high quality print of it then scan it

redraw it as vector based if possible as this can be scaled for anything at any size
