Clio III Ange&Demon

I am completely new to this forum. I am here to help my boyfriend find a part that he cannot find for his car, a Clio III Ange et Démon (limited edition of 666 vehicles). He's got this car for a while and is quite attached to it, so giving up is not really an option.
The part he needs is the fuel pipe with the OEM reference 164467639R. The only website that I found selling it is in the UAE and seems a bit dodgy. All other websites I found are out of stock. His garage don't have it. Do you guys have any ideas as to where we would find that?
