Whats everyone's ideas on spraying the black around the fog lights on a arctic blue clio white?

Photoshop it, its a tough one id say, depends what else youve got white

Havnt got photoshop lol, well nothing white atm but was thinking white stripes,side bullets,fog surrounds and maybe the badge's and diamonds
