black ops deleted my stats! ideas?

yeah, black ops deleted all my stats back to nothing. any ideas on what i can do ? i dont know who or how to get hold of anyone

Just look on YouTube for the gold camo glitch and get all the guns plus perks back. Unless it's just ya stats they've reset.

gears 2 did this to me twice. reached level 76 then was back to 1 following day, got to 45 then it reset me again, apparently there is a glitch in single player that resets it. so havent played single player since and am up to 76 again!!!
