Best way around it if you can is to remote access into another machine external to the network either by RAS (remote desktop) or VNC.

If you run VNC through port 80 at home you can just use your home machine ;)

They have firewalled our remote desktop at work too. Would be great to have access to your home PC from work.

  ST on the way...
Didn't bother with any on our servers, if folk can get at it then they will spend less time looking, if they can't get it they'll spend more time TRYING to get it.

You could try Torpark.

http://torpark.nfshost.com/download.php

You can stick it on a USB stick and run it directly from there, leaving no trace on the machine you use.

The internet you see, will not be as quick as it is normally, because of the way Torpark works it bounces your traffic over a collection of servers.

It may or may not work for you, worth a try though :)

I use this to get to my PC at home and then from there I can see everything:

http://www.gotomypc.com

It costs, but I get a free account so I think it's great! :)

Or as others have said you can set up VNC or just use Terminal Services (assuming you are running Windoze)

Do you have to install VNC on the work PC though? We cannot install anything on ours due to the policy.

You only have to install VNC at the server end (i.e your PC at home). You can simply run the VNCViewer.exe from anywhere, that does not need installing.
