Blowers aint workin!

hey my heating/aircon blowers are not working i adjust the speed of the heating and nothing i was told it could be the resistors or something but it dosent work on ANY speeds at all anybody got any ideas?

checked the fuse? could be that the motors blown or the wires burnt itself out
