Blue Tape

may well of been asked before, but....

the blue tape that a lot of detailers use to mask up trim, why/what purpose does it serve over ordinary masking tape?

what is it?

where can you get it?

I use the Blue 3M Stuff it is water resistant, lower tack and can be left on longer.

BandQ sell an own brand vesrion and any local bodyshop or paint supplier should be able to supplyu the £M.

aw k cool. i did notice the normal masking tape doesnt seem to stick very well and usually falls of if someone should as much as look at it.

i got mine from srewfix in bulk lol worked out quite cheap iirc
