Bluetooth Dongles

Without doing any research, I've bought a bluetooh dongle, Cause I want to get images and music off my PC to my N95.

I also want to update to V20.

Have i fucked up buying a dongle, Cause ICan only send stuff from my phone to my pc?

OR can i send stuff from my pc to my phone with a dongle?

If so how If not what do i need?
