I have a bluetooth dongle at work (Belkin F8T003). No driver though. So I downloaded and installed the latest driver and connected the dongle. The computer didn't recognise anything was connected and didn't come up with its usualy Plug & Play "Found New Hardware" message.
I uninstalled the drivers, just put in the dongle, and did the whole "Add New Hardware" option and installed it that way. Got a bit further that time, it recognised the dongle, but gave me the error message:
"This device cannot start - Code 10"
