Absolutly love it

Sounds better than i thought it was going to as I've read people saying they sold their BMC for a viper just for more sound :S It's well noticeable as it is so don't know what they on about lol.

Power wise, not really tested it properly but i have found the car more resposive when changing gears and no power reduced. Definetly recommend it especially for the price. Got it off Russ from gasperformance whos on here.

Few pics of it installed. The caf is pointing slightly angled under the car allowing lots of nice cold air to be sucked up.

Ye only wiggles at the top then goes straight down. Only way.

Does anyone else think that the CAF end is a little low? After hearing the horror stories this winter, I'm not sure I'd have mine that low.

Well done though mate. How much was it? I need some spacers off russ, so may get one of these at the same time.

Ye definetly perfect noise imo.

It's not any lower than say if it was coming out of the grill. As long as you don't over rev the car while going over floods should be fine.

If i remember the bmc itself cost around £155

It's hard to explain but it's poking out of the guard at the bottom slightly angled. I wanted it straight rather than bending into the grill.

if you look at my third pic you can see my tyre on the right. have a look under your car and you'll see the same area as mine

Was going to have my trumpet showing but decided didn't want it showing anymore. Just personal preference.

As suggested in the other thread for maximum benefit you need an aftermarket inlet pipe.
