body repairs...

just wondering what the best sort of place to go is for these sort of repairs...

1. passenger side front bumper scratches, defo will not polish out
2. passenger side front bumper plastic insert scratches
3. scratch near drivers side door handle
4. very slight dint and chips on drivers door where someone slammed it into mine
5. golf ball dent in the boot (lol)
6. small dent on the passenger side but no paint chipping been done by a door again
7. passenger side headlight scraches, i think may polish out
