bonnet!!!!!

hiya just been having a little problem with my bonnet it only seems to close now on to the second catch! it opens ok and it will push close to the correct position but won't stay there. just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there is a solution other than buying a new catch?

Wouldn't "push" down on a clio bonnet, dent time, hmm i'd be worried if you've been wtahcing watchdog?

Get it into Renault, they are starting to replace them now if they are seen as faulty.

the catch mounted on the slam pannel is spring loaded. the catch is released when u pull the bonnet release lever. the catch is on a hinge which can get rusty and not return when the bonnet is released. See what i mean? try taking the catch out and working it back an forth with sum wd40 or something. it happened on mine and that solved it!
