I have a problem with the boot light on my car.
When i open the boot the boot light doesnt come on, but if i open the driver or passenger door it does?
I assume its a problem with the boot switch. I looked up the haynes manual and where it says the switch should be, its not, theres a sort of blanking plate over it.
Does anyone have the same problem who has a mk2 ph1 1.2 grande? and is ity easy to fit a switch so it comes on?
I am planning to fit another boot light on the other side but it is pretty pointless if it doesnt come on when i open the boot
