Boot rattles from sub. Where to sound deaden?

  133, 182, Kangoo 182
Months ago I got my sub in and every single panel rattled. I sound deadened the rear panels and will be doing the front doors this weekend but the main rattle is coming from the boot when the bass hits.

Is there anywhere in particular I should put the sound deadening to stop it?

Matt.

Boot door.

Get teh plastic panel off, there is 3 holes in it. Stuff old towels in there, so it's rammed with them, then tape over the holes with gaffer tape, then replace the plastic trim.

I'll have a look tomorrow but think I'll use sound deadening instead of towels :p

Thanks

Towels will do the job, it's a hard to get to place. Towels are easy to get in.

It worked for my rattles, so it will certainly work for yours.

I filled the void with loft insulation, pack it in as tight as you can i mean stuff loads in there. Then gaffer tape over the whole lot so it keeps it in, then a layer of sound deadening.

Worked great for me.:)

Ripped off all plastic from the boot and put sound deadening inside the boot door. Also I wedged some stuff under the brake light on the spoiler as that was making a lot of noise as someone just said...
