looks like you've wrapped the wheels in that blue masking tape ready for the tyres to get pc'd lol, i covered up all the plastics on my car when i detailed it ( i dont have a pc but i'm a tad enthusiastic with the old polishing) and it looked interesting to say the least, i should have taken a pic. i kinda liked it for some same reason.
