I got a cable of ebay for like £25. Plugs into the back of ur standard HU. Its really good.

you should have bought a good quality one iv'e had mine for years and its top quality not as good as a cable but still as good as any radio station you can pick up.

ive worked it out now anyway you turn the volume down on ur ipod
