box question

i killed the box on my 52 plate 172 cup. but i have been offered one from a 03 plate 172 cup, will this fit?

i have been told that i may have problems with the speedo working if its not the same type box as renault used 2 diffferent types on the cup.

cheers mate so all cup boxes are the same then. how hard would the problem be to overcome.

the sensors are suppost to be different or somthing issit?

ones electrical and one a cable. Not sure which is which but you cant overcome the problem as far as I am aware

the car is going to be just for track soon anyway so the box would work. just the speedo wouldt?

as i would need a speedo for track anyway

yes the box off a non cup would work but with no speedo

he said its off a cup but you never know with some people. aslong as it will work i dont really care.

how would i find out if mine is cable or electric?
