Bracket just fell off any help appreciated

Hi guys just driving along and had a bracket fall out underneath it has two holes in it and looks like they are for 10 mm bolts and no other way of fixing anything to it

I know ive got a horrible vibration on hard acceleration but havent driven it since maybe thats cured it lol
