Airbox Troubles

Hi! I am the owner to a 2003 (MK2) Clio 1.2l Petrol. I was trying to gain access to the top rear starter motor bolt, and found the air filter box in my way. I took off the two bolts at the top rear and had a look around. There was other holes presumably for bolts, but the previous owner had removed them. I gave it a wiggle and a tug and it would not come out. Any clue as to why? Thanks

You should just remove the 2 10mm bolts circled in red, then pull the little tab upwards and the airbox hinges down and towards you.
