brake information fault

just had this fault come up on the rs tuner. anyone any ideas???

i've had " Brake position sensor intermittant fault " but not the one stated above, Cleared it and its never come back so i didnt worry about it

I have had two clios sport, one 182 and a 172 and all showed this, you clear it and comes on again after a while. Even changing the brake contactor didn't help. In the 172 is not important, in the 182 you will notice when the fault is present as the Cruise Control will stop working. Reset the car cures it though!

If its throwing the ESP/ABS warning lights up its probably that the brake pedal switch wants adjusting so the lights come on earlier.
