i have a clio sport 02 172 and have just had it serviced (60000km) it has been suggested that i change the front discs due to wear. The car is not driven hard and is maintained extremely well. does this time of brake wear seem normal?

yes mate, i have a 2002 172, has done 29000 miles from NEW, i changed my discs last week, and they were Fucked,almost completly worn, didnt even realise till i had a good look, discs are cheap anyway mate so replace them and get some ferrodo pads to complete the front brakes
