CLIO 172 rear stub axles and abs

  Renault clio 172 mk2
So I was changing the rear brake discs and bearings on my clio 172 (standard) and I saw that there are two different thickness stub axles. The plate on one is 18mm and the other is 13mm. I've read on the forums that the thicker one is of a 182, correct me if im wrong.
Can I just place a 5mm spacer on the 13mm one? Will this affect the abs if the brake disc and the abs ring is now further from the abs sensor?
I have the thinner abs rings front and rear.

The old brake discs didnt have the abs rings fitted. That was also one of the reasons I wanted to change the discs, so that the ABS works
