Brembo calipers?

On a 280mm disc they'll just about go but you may need to tinker with wheel offset in order to clear them.

If i was to go for a set of brembo discs and ferodo pads, would there be any point in changing the calipers to maybea wilwood or hi-spec, or should i just leave them standard calipers.

the hi-spec ones would befo be better than the std ones i recon, but if you get them you may as well go the full hog and get the discs and pads, and some braided lines

depends what you want to use it for.

Well haven,t really been on track days and most probably be for fast road use, if the standard ones work well with the pads and discs i mentioned then i might just get the calipers painted! Ill be getting some braided lines either way, k-tec ones a good idea?

Nothing wrong with the standard calipers. People get hung up on multi-pot calipers being better when for the most part its pad size and the clamping load the calipers can put on the discs.

Put it this way Cup racers ran single piston sliding road car calipers. The brakes on those were pretty damn good!

A 4 pot or similar will generaly be stiffer, improving brake pedal feel and providing a more equal clamping load on the pads. They may also provide better heat disipation and allow the use of larger pads.

Don't just write off the standard calipers though!
