I've been with Telewest Blueyonder cable internet since they started providing it, one or two issues recently while they have been upgrading the network (free upgrade from 4meg to 10meg), but apart from that it's been faultless. Very happy!

Depending on whether you go for IPStream or LLU (and dependant upon where you live) then your looking at £9.99 to $39.99 per month.

I'm on ADSL2+ for example at 20mb which costs me £29 per month only about 8% of the country are covered at present.

How do I find out if i'm covered, as im paying 27.99 a month on wanadoo for unlimited 8mb

They supply ADSL2. Just type ur phone number in the checker on the site and it will tell u if u can have it. Same for wanadoo I guess if u cant get ADSL2 but want 8mb.
