Broken iPod FIXED

I decided to do something about my broken 4th gen colour 20gb ipod.

It would freeze all the time and play one track and then skip all the others that it just failed to find.

Poped it open using the tweezers from a swiss army knife, removed the HDD, removed the shock rubbers on the HDD.
then bought this

all back together and working fine.

Chuffed. Apple charge £120 for this don't they?

I did the same with my 5th gen 60gb when something went wrong with the disc.
