Broken Rear Sseatbelt Holder?

Hi, so I bought these seats about a week ago and they looked in good nick for the price, plus he was one of the few sellers who would actually ship to Northern Ireland, of the 50 odd scrap dealers here not one had a sport interior :S. They're meant to come in the next few days.

I was just looking at the pictures on the ebay page and it looks like the rear seatbelt holder to the left of the picture has been broken. Or am I seeing things?

Can I replace this part if that's the case? If it involves buying a full new back I won't bother but if it's a cheap fix I'll order the part.

Can't really tell, the pic is too small!
tbh doubt you'd notice it anyway once they're in.

Thanks, but can you replace that small part if it is in fact broken? I want to try to get the car as tidy as possible just!

Turns our the seatbelt guide on the rear seat is actually broken, anyone know the part number or the proper name of it?
