The current system is way better! No idea why i was down on power.
Had a CDA fitted too at the time, sounded awesome. I really miss that noise.

Well the current system is 63.5mm all the way to the end. (No boxes except for the rear silencers) works well and cost nothing. the other system was 2.25 inch.

Aye, that's where the problem lay with your one, Tom. Two small a diameter!!!!!!!!!!!!


The one that H&S made for me is 2.5" or 63.5mm, from the cat back to the twin boxes. Combined with The Fishy treatment on the standard Cat, it is a cracking system.

Mig welded and tig welded in certain places. While good tig welding is superb to look at and creates a very strong joint I do sometimes wonder why some systems are fully tig welded when a good mig weld is more than adequate.
