In WTCC some independants do, but its banned in BTCC

Chilton isn't that bad. He has some ability, compare him to someone like Neate who is likely to be paying for one of the other seats at AON and you will see a true weekend driver. He was fighting with the low budget independants most of last year with a championship winning car/team.

True enough, but some of the oldies/ex BTCC drivers just don't seem have it anymore. Kaye, Reid, Herbert.

I don't mind Neate at all, without people like him the BTCC wouldn't run.
