Building External HDD

I'm looking at buying a laptop HDD and caddy

It has to be at least 250gb and must be plug and play no power at all.

Wheres the best place to get it from? Cheapest?

no power at all? you mean it doesn't have an ac adapter.... well they're hard to come buy unless they're laptop drive external ones. there are plenty about, but to hit 250gig you prob need a WD one. You can buy them in most places.
