bulbholder help!

hi just been sent my ph1 dual optic lights and theirs no bulb holders or wiring for dip and main beam! I guess original will be different?

It doesn't matter. Shaking one of the headlights and its all loose inside so guess something broke. This is why I don't use ebay much anymore. Keep getting stuff described as mint or no scratches and when it arrives its not as described
