bulbs behind rev counter

on my 16v i have the rev counter bulb out

and also think iv got one to the left of the speedo out, really needs sorting cant see a thing in the dark?

how do i get at them?!

Take off the entire dash board hood thing (3 screws along top, one at either end also).. this reveals top of instrument panel. Take out two screws... next remove bottom screws by unscrewing panel below steering column and peering up (with your back bent double) and you should see two more screws. Remove them and the instrument panel comes loose. Remove the wiring leads and the speedometer cable. Instrument panel them pulls out. Bulbs in the rear.

Sounds awkward... is first time... after that its a doddle!

il probs nacker the dials up or summit me!

what if the wires dont go bk in and the speedo dont work lol? or summit daft or isnt this possible

from what ive heard speedo cable is just a pain in the arse to put back in when u havent got the knack to it!

first time for me tokk me roughly 20mins to get the old clocks out and the new clocks in!

also, on the valver my oil gauge dont work?

it doesnt register how much oil is in the car b4 i spark her up, its not a fuse any one have any ideaS?
