Bulbs for Dual Optic Headlights?

i know they use H7s and HB3s...but would my current sidelights (501) fit into them? any help at all on bulbs for the headlights would be great!

cheers guys :approve: mate off here just told me about the bulb holders being different, hoping to f**k that they come with them! e-mailed the guy but no response as yet. anyone recommend decent xenon bulbs for them?

anyone? dont fancy buying an HID kit. nice wee set o bright bulbs will do me.
