Bumper align problem

Hi guys

So, i bought a brand new front bumper and im having some issues with the alignment, long short story, i had another bumper whoch had a perfect alignment, i lent it to someone make some fiberglass copy and they fcked lot os parts of the bumper like the clips where hold all the grilles and other parts, so i said them to provide a brand new one, i have tested two brand new and they do not align correctly, i took the less worse one and looks like this:


Idk if just me being dumb with assemble or def a problem with the bumper and if possible adjust to get a better alignment

This pic was taken when i had the other bumper which was a brand new too, if you notice the fisrt post one is going "inside" the headlight



The new is just going futher inside, like the headlight going ahead the bumper

Do you have the insert inside of the bumper positioned correctly?

Yes the inside plastic thing, its come already positioned from factory on the new bumper
