BUMPER REMOVAL

hi newbe :D

want to fit Hids on my clio and was wandering if anyone knows or got any pics on how to remove the front bumper
clio mk2 facelift

Look in the guides section thats were i found out how to do mine to put in my uprated bulbs

if you jst mean hid bulbs in your normal headlight you wont need to remove the bumper

i cant even get the passenger side (normal)h7 bulb to sit in place :banghead:
the fu**** fuse box is in the way
any ideas why
it should just twist on RIGHT!

You can do it without taking the bumper off, if you have small hands. But it's a real pita.

For the sake of an extra 20mins, I'd take the bumper off.

I've not mate no.

There's a bumper removal guide in the guides section. I was only changing the bulbs and ballasts on mine from water damage, but pretty much the same thing and it was near on impossible without the bumper off.

From what I remember, bumper off, headlights off, fit new ballasts and bulbs and put back together.

any ideas on removing yellow oxidation/scratches from headlights
its quite bad

also how long will it take to remove refit bumper

Can't help on the scratches on the lights, there is a quide somewhere for this as well.

Bumper on and off is 20 min job.
