bumper respray estimate and colour coding

Hi ive got a mk2 ph1 clio which has just had its bumper scuffedwhile parked from a van not worth hassle of insurance but got his details wondering how much a small respray below black trim would cost and see if he would do a jester of good will and help towards the cost also wondering how much it would cost to get all the bumper trims and side trims resprayed thanks for any help

No point asking on here, according to some members you can get an amazing, top notch respray for £400.

Yea I had a rough idea from when ive had bits painted in past and quotes but thought beworth asking on here thanks
