How much roughly would i be looking at to get a bumper resprayed?

depends on quality, reputation etc. but approximately 100 is about right

Christ! Lucky for me my dad owns a pro panel beating/spraying garage, so no cost there for me, just as long as I rub down the parts!

^^ I reckon thats probably the most important bit, the smoother the surface is to spray on, the better the finish in my experience.
