will a bumper meant 4 the standard clio fit the 16v,its just i know the 16v has the wide arches

no it wont.. for the reasons you just menchioned.

Depends.

Front will I think (Steve As Old Car, now Mike Ss.. has Wide Arches at the front and standard RT bumper!).

Rear wont.. as the 16v arches come in at a different angle.
