Button Disconnected ?

the button marked with a rectangle on the picture...^

i pressed it today and it was not working.. pulled the little insert out and it was disconnected :S ... i looked behind the insert and there is no wire there.. is there anyway to re-wire it?

its not my actual dash.. found it on google images lmaoo..

basically the button marked on the picture does not work in my car.. and its not even wired up :S
