Im going to attempt my cage, i have the colour i want but what will i need to do as it is orignaly chrome will i need to sand and primer?

sand it down and itll need etch priming. just dust it on and itll bite into the cage. then your normal primer on top of that, sand it, then colour

its not chrome, but polished stainless. would still go with an etch primer though as FM recommends.
