cheers for you imput guys, mf quoted £689.72 for just cambelt kit, unfortantly as much as i would like to get it done by him a better deal by angel works presented itself,
£489.97 for both kits (aux and cam)
k-tech was a really good price too but due to the extra traveling time it would have made it more expensive they quoted £421.50 for the cam kit and just the aux belt being changed i would guess you would add another £120 for the whole aux kit to be done, as reno are charging £99.00 just for the kit alone atm

Went rentech instead, longer drive, but worth it imo.
That's what I did. I hired a car (lovely passat tdi) From the avis rental place about 20 secs walk from Mikes to drive home in (it's a long job on the vee, plus I had other bits done too) Then picked up my car the next day. Sorted

I'm having my 182's 72k service getting everything done, Mike said its the biggest service my car will get. He's charging £700. Hopefully will be ready for tomorrow, driving to Middlesbrough tomorrow morning. Yay!! Put it in on Wednesday but he's on his own and is very busy.
Great bloke, very friendly and all the work he does is 1st class, not had any problems with him. Would recommend 100% everytime.

TOGUSA, how did you get on mate?
All the work ok? Was the £489.97 for everything on the belts, then you had the usual service on top?
If you had a good experience I'll be taking mine there when the time comes.
Everyone seems to recommend Mark Fish but I have heard so many people say he doesn't get back to you, and it appears he's not that cheap either?!.... Still, doesn't seem to be any doubt about the quality of his work though
