i want to get my cam+aux belts done and the water pump and dephaser , was wondering how much this would usually cost

There's a few good specialists dotted around, they can give you some pretty accurate prices considering they do the work often.

I'd always do the thermostat along with the waterpump, if there's no evidence it's been done before.
