How many miles do you do till you change one?? mine got done on 30k on 12-9-05 along with head work, My 172 cup now has 49k. is it wise to change it?? :S

every 5 years or 72 k whatever comes first ( Renault recommendations )

My recommendation is every 3 years / 50k - change the tensioner pulleys + aux belt + aux belt tensioner as well

Renault say that it needs changing at 75k miles or 5 years, which ever is sooner. As yours was changed at 30K and has only done 20k since in less that 2 years, I wouldnt say you need it done again yet. If you drive it hard then maybe next year or in another 20K miles?!

its just in for service this weekend, getting the aux belt changed, oil, oil filter, pads and general check over. Just wondering about the cam belt thats all

I didn't need any head work doing, the last owner got head work done to the car (ported and polished) and the timing belt was changed then
