Cambelt advice

Not a Clio engine, but open to opinions.

Popped the belt cover to see what it looks like. Belt seems a little shiny but not obviously cracked or damaged.
Looking at the teeth on the inside of it they belt it might be a Kevlar item maybe?

Whats everyone think?

Can you take the spark plugs out and rotate the engine, to see if there's anything printed on the belt at another point?

Cambelt is cheaper than taking the head off if it breaks, if in doubt do it.

I suspect the belt would last longer than the tensioner and idlers.
